"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Naomi Bjerke on three occasions. Naomi was incredibly responsive and hard-working for each. When I first was looking for a condo I had a very specific neighborhood in mind. Naomi did not stop until I was in my neighborhood at a price, that I could afford. We visited many properties before settling in this neighborhood. As we went to sell my condo, she approached the circumstance with the same drive. She performed complete market analysis for what we could expect to sell the unit for. A day later, we had a buyer. Even after we had a contracted buyer, Naomi focused on securing a backup buyer in case the first deal fell through, hosting an open house, and continuing showings up until financing of our buyer were approved.
