A graduate of butler university with a degree in business administration, Carol began her career in retail management and has gone on to work in the Financial, entertainment, consumer goods, and Real Estate industries.

Carol’s 35+ years in Real Estate includes on-site sales of new construction residential homes (single-family, townhomes, and condominiums), property management(own investment property, as well as, for an international property management company), and the resale market (Houlihan Lawrence serving new york city, new york state, and Connecticut).

Carol is a certified professional Real Estate stager (CPRES) and a member of the Real Estate staging Association (RESA). As a Broker-Realtor® at the independent agency, realty boutique, Carol will utilize her experience as a staging professional to assist homeowners in preparing their homes for the market so they can be sure to sell faster and for a higher price than the competition.

When not working, Carol is enjoying time with her husband steven, a licensed certified public account (NY and NC), and their vivacious and beautiful daughter, Samantha.
